Dedicated support
We have a team of professionals dedicated to providing a tailored service to large customers across our service area. We work directly with our customers to provide bespoke energy solutions for their specific business needs.
Large customers
For our large customers, getting connected across the state has a unique set of requirements. Our dedicated Account Management team is here to work with large business customers who consume more than 1,200 megawatt hours (MWh) per annum in the North West Interconnected System (NWIS) or for those customers who consume over 4,380MWh per annum in the Non-Interconnected System (NIS) across the rest of our service area.
New connections
For new connections, (and for those customers who choose Horizon Power as their retailer in the NWIS) we can assist in facilitating the new connection process while negotiating the terms and conditions and pricing of the Energy Supply Agreement (ESA).

Where are we located?
Our Account Management team has a large presence in the Pilbara, with three of our team members located in Karratha. For those of us based in Perth, we often travel to the regional depots across the state and pride ourselves on having an excellent understanding of our large customers and the environments in which they operate in.
